Year 2002
May 17, The Norway's Constitution-Day On this day I greet you, and want to tell you something from the celebration of this day. Some of the history behind the day Norway celebrate the day in memory of May 17, 1814 - the day the Norwegian Constitution was declared at Eidsvold. A constitution Norway got to protect her and her citizens after the union between Denmark and Norway was broken up by the treaty of Kiel (Germany) where Norway was got given to Sweden. Norway had for a long time wanted her freedom from Denmark, but she did not want a union with Sweden. Sweden had been an enemy of Norway for many centuries. Many wars had been fought between the two countries, Sweden and Norway. Norway selected, in February 1814, the Crown-Prince Christian Fredrik of Denmark to be the new King. Unfortunately for Norway Christian Fredrik did not get the consent of his father the King of Denmark to become king of Norway. Celebration The day was - 40 years ago - celebrated in memory of Norway’s constitution. Sadly but true the day now has become a day where globalization has become more and more part of the day. The Norwegian sings their National Hymn - "Yes, We Love this Country" - and other national songs, but hardly anybody put their heart into the words of any of those songs. Unfortunately lately international marshes and song are been plaid and sung. (The children of Norway are told to focus on other countries. The shakers of the world want to bring Norwegian children to become supporters of globalization.) For the children the day is a long day with ice-cream, fizzy lemonade and processions Every town, village and city has a procession for school children. The view of school children in beautiful national costumes with the Norwegian flag against the colour of the blossom of the spring. In the northern part of the country the day is celebrated with snow in the hillsides.
More and more of the Norwegian children use the costume of their county/municipality on this day. These costumes are a view and I urge you all to search on the net for pictures of these costumes. I have attached a picture of one of the costumes. The costumes from the county of Sogn.
Henrik Wergeland For the last 50 years this Marrano has been forced onto the celebration of the day. Sorry for the children of Norway they hear about the Marrono Henrik Wergeland on this day. Wergeland is know for his struggle to allow Jews to enter Norway. He was a mediocre writer. The Jews were allowed to enter Norway in 1852. Norwegian never have been told that Wergeland’s mother were a baptised Jew. Neither have they been told that Wergeland was financed by Jews living None of the songs sung on May 17 is related to Wergeland On behalf of the Norwegian nationalists I greet to on this day, hoping not only Norway, but the world in a near future will be able to celebrate our freedom from suppression and usury.
Could you imagine a black Nigger in a Norwegian national custom in front of an old stav church? Well, during the last celebration, 2002, of the Norwegian Constitution Day you could see such a disgrace. Here I give you a picture of one of Norway’s many stav churches.- the one at Borgun.
